Booking & Cancellation Policy
Ashthetics
Last updated: 19 August 2026
We understand that plans change. This policy explains how appointments are made, how to reschedule or cancel, and what to expect. It is designed to be fair to you and to allow us to offer appointment times to others who need them.
Note: Our website does not take online bookings or payments. Appointments are arranged directly with us by phone, email or through your consultation. This policy applies once an appointment has been arranged.
1. Making an appointment
Enquiries can be made through our website enquiry form, by email at ashthetics.1@icloud.com, or by phone at 0466 490 799.
An enquiry is a request for contact only. Your appointment is confirmed once we have arranged a date and time with you directly.
A consultation and assessment is required before any procedure to determine your suitability.
2. Deposits
At Ashthetics all appointments require a deposit of $50 to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the $50 deposit has been received. The deposit amount of $50 will be deducted from the total cost of treatment when you attend your scheduled appointment. All deposits are non refundable under any circumstances. However if a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided to reschedule then we can transfer the amount to the future appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re-book.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as early as possible.
If you cancel within the 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. In some cases a late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment.
5. Missed appointments (no-shows)
Appointments missed without notice will mean loss of deposit and will require a new deposit before any future bookings.
6. Our cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time. Any deposit paid will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
7. Consultations, suitability and cooling-off
All procedures require a prior consultation and assessment. We may decline to proceed with a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or in your best interests. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment following a consultation, and we support you taking time to make an informed decision.
8. Questions
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at ashthetics.1@icloud.com.
